Step 1

Create your personalized ODIAMA training plan with Nua. (1–2 minutes)

Step 2

Start training from your personalized Exercise Dashboard.

No special equipment is required.

To create your Personal Exercise Dashboard, Nua will guide you through a few simple questions about how you move and where you would like to begin.

No previous experience is required, and you'll be guided every step of the way.

Using your answers, Shushu will select your Daily Sequence and, if needed, your Strategic Exercise.

Once Nua has enough information, you’ll go directly to your personal Exercise Dashboard, where you can start practicing, learn more about your videos, or update your plan when needed.
