ODIAMA currently offers Free Membership and Premium Membership.
Free Membership provides ongoing access to the foundations of the ODIAMA progression system. It includes your personalized Level 1 Daily Sequence, Strategic Exercise, Exercise Dashboard with training controls, educational resources, and introductory guidance from Shushu.
Premium Membership unlocks the complete ODIAMA experience. It includes all progression levels from Level 1 through Level 5, the optional Floor Sequence, advanced movement programs, and expanded personalized guidance from Shushu throughout your ODIAMA journey.
Membership features may develop over time as ODIAMA introduces new programs, tools, and services. Any material changes affecting a paid membership will be communicated where reasonably required.

Everyone can begin with ODIAMA. Premium Membership unlocks the full progression system beyond the foundations of Level 1.
Free Membership is provided at no subscription cost.
It gives members meaningful access to ODIAMA Level 1 rather than serving only as a short trial. Level 1 is designed to introduce the foundations of ODIAMA movement, support comfortable full-body practice, and begin addressing current movement-related challenges.
ODIAMA intends to keep Level 1 training available to registered Free members indefinitely. However, individual features, content, technical tools, and Shushu capabilities may be updated as the platform develops.
Free Membership does not automatically include access to Levels 2 through 5, the optional Floor Sequence, advanced programs, or all Premium Shushu capabilities.
You may remain a Free member for as long as the membership remains available, or upgrade whenever you are ready to continue through the full ODIAMA progression system.

The annual plan provides twelve months of Premium access for the price shown at checkout.
Premium Membership unlocks all available ODIAMA progression levels, the optional Floor Sequence, advanced movement programs, and expanded personalized guidance from Shushu.
The final amount charged may include applicable taxes, currency conversion, or payment-provider charges depending on your location and payment method. The complete price should be displayed before you confirm the purchase.
ODIAMA may introduce additional plans, professional memberships, promotional offers, or revised prices in the future. Any applicable price and billing period will be shown before purchase.

Premium Membership provides continuing access to the complete ODIAMA progression journey.
Premium Membership is a recurring subscription unless the checkout page clearly states otherwise.
By purchasing Premium Membership, you authorize the payment provider to charge the selected monthly or annual membership fee, together with any applicable taxes, at the beginning of each billing period.
Your subscription will normally renew automatically using the payment method connected to your account until it is canceled.
Monthly memberships are billed once each month. Annual memberships are billed once each year. The applicable renewal date, price, and billing period should be shown during checkout or within the relevant billing records.
You are responsible for keeping your payment and contact information accurate. If payment cannot be completed, Premium access may be paused, restricted, or ended after reasonable attempts to process the payment.

Recurring membership charges should always be clearly disclosed before you subscribe.
You may upgrade from Free Membership to Premium Membership whenever you are ready to continue beyond the Level 1 foundations.
Available plan changes may depend on the billing tools supported by ODIAMA and its payment providers. When changing between monthly and annual billing, the effective date, price, and treatment of any remaining paid period should be displayed before you confirm the change.
Upgrading normally provides access to the Premium features associated with the selected plan once payment has been successfully processed.
Changing or canceling a Premium plan does not erase your ODIAMA account unless you separately request account deletion. Your saved training information may remain connected to your account in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Contact ODIAMA if you experience difficulty changing your membership through the available account or billing tools.

Your membership can change as your ODIAMA journey develops.
You may request cancellation of Premium Membership at any time through the available account or billing tools, or through another cancellation method provided by ODIAMA.
Cancellation normally prevents the next recurring charge. Unless applicable law, the checkout terms, or a specific offer provides otherwise, Premium access may continue until the end of the billing period that has already been paid.
Deleting the ODIAMA application, leaving the website, or stopping use of the service does not necessarily cancel a recurring subscription. You must complete the available cancellation process or contact ODIAMA when assistance is required.
ODIAMA will process cancellation requests as quickly as reasonably possible and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Keep any cancellation confirmation or related correspondence for your records.

Starting Premium Membership should be simple, and ending future renewals should also be clear and manageable.
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the purchase, the membership offer, the payment provider, and the consumer laws that apply in your location.
Unless ODIAMA expressly offers a refund, unused time in a billing period is not automatically refundable after access has been provided. This does not limit any cancellation, refund, or withdrawal rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the purchase, the membership plan, the payment provider, and the consumer laws that apply in your location. Nothing in this policy limits any legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Promotional offers, trials, and special plans may have additional conditions that will be displayed when the offer is made.
To request a refund or ask about a charge, contact ODIAMA and include the account email, payment date, plan, and relevant transaction details.

ODIAMA will respect the membership terms presented at purchase and all mandatory consumer rights that apply.
ODIAMA may update membership prices, included features, billing arrangements, or available plans as the platform develops.
When reasonably required, existing Premium members will receive advance notice before a new price applies to a future renewal. A new price will not normally be applied retroactively to a billing period that has already been paid.
Taxes, exchange rates, payment-processing requirements, and regional pricing may affect the final amount shown at checkout.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, have difficulty canceling or changing a plan, or have questions about membership access, please contact ODIAMA promptly. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant account and transaction, but do not send complete payment-card details by email.
You may also contact the appropriate consumer protection authority if you believe a billing concern has not been properly addressed.
