Terms of Use

By accessing or using the ODIAMA website, membership services, Exercise Dashboard, movement programs, Shushu, or any other ODIAMA feature, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use ODIAMA.

These terms apply to visitors, registered Free members, Premium members, and anyone else who accesses ODIAMA content or services.

You must use ODIAMA only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Medical Disclaimer and Safety page, and any additional instructions provided within the platform.

If you are using ODIAMA on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

Key ODIAMA Principle

Using ODIAMA means agreeing to practice responsibly and respect the conditions that help protect all members.

ODIAMA provides movement education and general wellness services designed to support comfortable movement, gradual progression, and meaningful functional goals.

Depending on your membership and available features, ODIAMA may provide Daily Sequences, Strategic Exercises, an optional Floor Sequence, an Exercise Dashboard, educational materials, movement programs, and guidance from Shushu.

ODIAMA is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, emergency care, or individualized medical advice.

Features, content, exercises, membership benefits, and availability may change as ODIAMA develops. We may improve, replace, update, restrict, or discontinue parts of the platform when reasonably necessary.

We aim to keep ODIAMA useful, accessible, and reliable, but we cannot guarantee that every feature will always be available without interruption.

Key ODIAMA Principle

ODIAMA provides structured movement education and guidance. It does not replace professional healthcare.

Some ODIAMA features require registration and an active member account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current. You are responsible for protecting your password, login method, and account access.

Your account is intended for your personal use unless ODIAMA has expressly approved another arrangement. You should not allow another person to use your account or share restricted membership content.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you notify us that your account may have been accessed without permission.

Contact ODIAMA promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or if account information needs to be corrected.

We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent misuse, investigate suspected violations, or maintain the security of the platform.

Key ODIAMA Principle

Your account connects ODIAMA to your personal journey. Keep it accurate, private, and secure.

You are responsible for deciding whether ODIAMA practice is appropriate for you and for remaining within your comfortably available movement.

Follow the demonstration videos and instructions carefully. Modify technique, reduce movement range, or temporarily skip an exercise if it cannot be performed comfortably.

The goal of every ODIAMA session is to finish feeling better than before you started. If this does not occur, review your training rather than continuing unchanged.

Stop practicing and seek appropriate professional advice if symptoms worsen, new concerning symptoms develop, or you are unsure whether exercise is suitable for your situation.

ODIAMA must not be used as emergency medical support. Contact local emergency services when urgent medical attention may be required.

Your use of ODIAMA is also subject to the separate Medical Disclaimer and Safety page.

Key ODIAMA Principle

Practice comfortably, use good judgment, and seek appropriate professional care whenever needed.

Shushu is ODIAMA's AI movement guide. Shushu provides educational explanations, ODIAMA training guidance, and support based on the information available within the system and the information you choose to share.

Shushu may help explain exercises, discuss progression, suggest training adjustments, and answer questions about ODIAMA. Shushu does not diagnose conditions, interpret medical tests, prescribe treatment, or replace qualified professional judgment.

AI-generated responses can occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or based on a misunderstanding of the information provided. You should review guidance carefully and use your own judgment before acting on it.

Do not rely on Shushu for emergency assistance or urgent medical decisions.

Access to Shushu features may differ between Free and Premium Memberships and may change as ODIAMA improves its services.

Key ODIAMA Principle

Shushu supports informed movement decisions. It does not replace your judgment or professional medical care.

ODIAMA may offer Free Membership, Premium Membership, annual plans, introductory offers, or other membership options.

Prices, billing periods, included features, taxes, and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the stated amount according to the selected billing cycle until the membership is canceled.

You may cancel Premium Membership through the available account or billing tools. Cancellation normally prevents future renewal charges while allowing access until the end of the already paid billing period, unless applicable law or the specific offer requires another result.

Refunds, trial periods, promotional conditions, and cancellation rights are governed by the Membership and Billing Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.

ODIAMA may change future prices or membership benefits with reasonable notice where required. Price changes will not be applied retroactively to a completed billing period.

Clear disclosure of recurring charges and practical cancellation procedures are especially important for online subscriptions. Applicable consumer rights may vary by location.

Key ODIAMA Principle

Membership terms should be clear before you subscribe and manageable throughout your journey.

ODIAMA content, including its original exercises and variations, exercise sequences, videos, text, graphics, logos, course materials, progression structure, software, page designs, and educational resources, is owned by ODIAMA or used with permission.

Your membership gives you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access available content for your own lawful use.

Unless ODIAMA gives written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, record, republish, sell, distribute, publicly display, modify, translate, upload, or create competing products from ODIAMA content.

You may not attempt to bypass membership restrictions, interfere with the website, access another member's account, extract data automatically, misuse Shushu, introduce malicious code, or use ODIAMA for unlawful or harmful purposes.

Reasonable sharing of publicly available ODIAMA links is welcome. Restricted videos, member resources, and paid content must not be redistributed.

Key ODIAMA Principle

ODIAMA knowledge is provided for your personal journey. Please respect the work that makes that journey possible.

ODIAMA is provided on an available basis. We work to maintain reliable access, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, security concerns, service providers, internet conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Results vary between individuals. ODIAMA does not guarantee that every user will achieve a particular outcome, eliminate discomfort, reach a specific level, or achieve a functional goal within a particular time.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ODIAMA is not responsible for losses resulting from misuse of the platform, failure to follow safety instructions, reliance on AI guidance as medical advice, unauthorized account access, or circumstances outside ODIAMA's reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

ODIAMA may update these Terms of Use to reflect platform improvements, new features, business changes, or legal requirements. The latest version will be published on this page with its effective date.

These terms should eventually identify the legal ODIAMA business entity, contact details, governing law, and dispute process after those details are finalized.

Key ODIAMA Principle

ODIAMA provides the system and guidance. Each member remains responsible for using them thoughtfully and safely.
